Everything we offer is chosen to live up to high standards. All products are fully guaranteed against defect or faulty workmanship. We'll always do our best to take care of our customers' delight in the most fair and reasonable manner; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

Footbox's  returns and exchange policy gives you an option to raise a request to inform us of return or exchange within 7 days from the date of the delivery.

The only things which we ask that don't use the product and maintain its original condition, packaging, accessories and tags. You are most welcome to try on a product but make sure you take adequate measures to maintain its condition. The reason why we ask this is so that the product, when returned, should be in a re-sellable position as soon as it reaches our designated warehouse. Failure of which shall lead to Rs 50 deduction and a delayed exchange time or even cancelling your exchange request. So help us to serve you better!

  • Free credit note refunds which can be redeemed anytime on our website by purchasing any other product within a period of 6 months. 
  • Cash refunds with a minimum charge of Rs 200 as reverse pick up charges

Products purchased under any promotion or sale

Products purchased under any promotion, clearance sale, Deal of the Week Page and Any Other Offer are not eligible for a refund unless product received is damaged. 

Products purchased under any promotion, clearance sale, Deal of the Week Page and Any Other Offer are eligible for an exchange but will incur a minimum charge of Rs 200 for the reverse pick up service the company provides. In case you would love to ship to us there would be no charges.



In the case of Returns, we offer store credit and cash refunds. Once we pick up your return, our team will do the quality check at our end and if the product passes our quality check we will provide a credit note of the required amount in your mail id or transfer the amount in your bank account.

But, if the product does not pass the quality check we shall return it to you and reject your return or exchange.

If you choose to exchange the product for a mismatch of size, colour or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the product, free of cost, post our examination of the product delivered to you. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
