We will process your refund, once we have received the product and verified for its conditions, if it is damaged or not. It may take 1-2 days from the date of receiving the product in our premises. COD/Shipping Charges will not be refunded, if charged extra.

You can request for an exchange of size only once. If the required size is available, your request will be accepted. Exchange cannot be processed in discounted sale products.
