We aim to dispatch the orders within 10 working days of the order received date.

We accept order cancellation until 24 hours of the order received date and time. Also, we have the authority to cancel your order in case of low inventory or any other reason. You will be informed about the same.

Footwear: We have a 7 day return policy from the date of delivery. In case of a defect, you are required to send us a picture of the defect area to hello@footbox.in

Apparel: We do not have any return policy for this category. In case of a manufacturing defect/damage in transit, please send us a picture of the same to hello@footbox.in

Accessories: We do not have any return policy for this category. In case of a manufacturing defect/damage in transit, please send us a picture of the same to hello@footbox.in

We will process your refund, once we have received the product and verified for its conditions, if it is damaged or not. It may take 1-2 days from the date of receiving the product in our premises. COD/Shipping Charges will not be refunded, if charged extra.

COD option is available for footwear category only. COD charges will not be refunded in case of a return/exchange

You can place an exchange request for your order through the website under My Accounts Tab. We will accept your exchange request for footwear category only. You can request for an exchange of size only once. If the required size is available, your request will be accepted. Exchange cannot be processed in discounted sale products.

We have tied up with Delhivery Team. We aim to deliver the orders within 7 working days. However, in case of unforeseen circumstances, it may get delayed.
